General purpose utilities.

Class	Description
DebugArray<T>	Special array used to track some changes (but not all of them, eg using iterators etc.).
ExtensionFileFilter	A simple file filter based on file extensions .
Filter<T>	A generic filter.
FloatRange	A range between 2 positive floats.
IntRange	A basic integer (zero or positive) interval.
LongRange	A basic long integer (zero or positive) interval.
MultipleErrorsReport	An error report which can store multiple individual errors.
